We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

8:00am - 4:30pm

8:00am - 4:30pm

Every 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays
1:30pm – 6:30pm

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday
11:30am - 4:30pm

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday
8:00am – 11:30am

We understand our hours are unconventional, however we set them to offer a variety of time options and be convenient for as many patients as possible. If we miss your phone call due to our hours, please either leave us a voicemail, or send us a text or email and we will be sure to reply as soon as we are back in office!

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and have the benefits sent directly to you. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
